So I've finally got enough money to pay for my...
But the costs just seem to build up. I’ve managed to save enough for the actually holiday, but now I need money for food, spending money, and money to buy all the things that I need before I go. Good job I’ve got some things to look forward to before then. Going to Old Trafford next Thursday to see the United v Bilbao match with my boyfriend. I dunno how it ended up that I’m...

Day 10: Your favourite season themed movie
Even though my favourite holiday is now halloween, because it’s the day me and my awesome boyfriend go together, my favourite season themed movie is a christmas movie. Without a doubt, Miracle on 34th Street is the best christmas movie ever. Home alone comes an incredibly close second, but there’s just something about Miracle on 34th Street that makes me feel christmassy. I could...

Day 9: A film you wish more people had seen
My choice for this is Save the last dance. It’s a film i haven’t seen in a really long time but i used to be obsessed with it; and it really is a shame that more people haven’t seen it. I love dancing so any dancing film is a great choice for me. The choice of actors for the main characters was a great choice, they portray the characters very well and work really well...

Well,
I guess i’ve been feeling a little down over the last couple of days. I didn’t get that job, which sucks. I suppose in a way it would have been annoying having to travel to whitehaven every day, and it would have cost a lot in bus fare, but it was a job, a good job. And now I can’t even seem to find any jobs to apply for. I’ve applied for one as a secretary but it has the...

Day 8: Your favourite film based on a book
I’ve mentioned this in the 30 day book challenge but I 100% believe that A Walk to Remember is so much better as a film than a book. The character development comes across a lot better in the film in my opinion, I think we feel a deeper connection to the character of Jamie in the film. We can see how intense their feelings are for each other in the film. I found the book a little...

Day 7: Favourite musical film
While I am a big fan of musicals and my favourite does change occasionally; at the moment I guess it would be close between Mamma Mia and Hairspray. But if I consider which one I would rather watch I guess my choice would have to be Hairspray. I love anything that can make me laugh, and some parts of Hairspray are hilarious! I love sixties fashions, and the setting of this film is just the sort...

Day 6: Your favourite 'based on a true story' film
Without a doubt this is a film I watched a lot as a child and it’s film called Andre. It’s the story of a little girl who finds a seal and her and her family take him in as part of the family. It’s a real tear-jerker The developing bond between the girl and the seal is really well portrayed  It shows that you can often find friendships in the most unexpected places There are...

Day 5: The last film you saw in the cinema
The last film I saw was when I dragged my boyfriend to the cinema to watch The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. He wasn’t particularly happy about it, in fact, he fell asleep. I love the twilight saga, I’ve read the books cover to cover and even have behind the scenes books of the making of the film. Breaking Dawn is probably my favourite book of the series, and the film did not...

I have a question.
Why, when people are watching an item on eBay, and the item states that I will accept offers, do people not put in an offer? What is the point in watching the item waiting for me to reduce the price when you might as well just put in an offer yourself? Because guess what, I might accept it! Rant over.

Day 4: The first film you saw in the cinema
I think the first film I saw in a cinema was 101 Dalmations. It was a school trip and I thought it was great that I got to sit in the front row. Then I fell asleep. Disney = epic. Cruella de Vil is terrifying when you’re a kid Sitting in the front row of the cinema means a LOT when you’re little It was one of the few films I got to see before they turned the old cinema into a pub.

Day 3: Your favourite horror film
To be totally honest, I am a complete wimp and can’t stand horror films. When it comes to horror films I have the brain of a 6 year old or something and they terrify me. So I guess the only film I can say is The Exorcism of Emily Rose, as this is the only horror film I ever actually watched. Like I said, it’s the only one I’ve watched. I was away with my boyfriend and his...

Day 2: The last film you watched
To be honest I’m not 100% sure but I think the last film I watched was Friends with Benefits starring Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis. This wasn’t the first time we’d watched it and it is brilliant. It was HILARIOUS! Justin Timberlake is a surprisingly good actor in the films I’ve seen him in and him and Mila Kunis work really well together. Romantic comedies = win It...

Proud of my little self :)
So I’m not the best with computers.  I can do all the normal stuff that I had to do at University and I can access facebook, youtube etc. but give me html code and I have no idea what I’m doing. Which is why I’m so proud that I just made myself a countdown to my Florida holiday and managed to edit it to the right colour and post it in my Blog, in the right place :) Go me! :D

Snow?!?!
It’s the end of February! It’s almost Spring! We haven’t had any snow all winter and now when the weather should be starting to get warmer it decides to snow? What is up with this country. I want sun, and leaves on trees, and a colourful garden, and to walk outside without several layers on! End of rant.

Day 1: Your favourite film
Without a doubt, don’t even need to think, no consideration…..Dirty Dancing. There was never any other option for this category. For as long as I can remember, whenever anyone has asked me what my favourite film is, this has always been the answer. Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey work wonderfully together. Despite many rumours that they did not get on on set. If that were true it...

So I finished the 30 day book challenge....
….and I was looking for a new one. I decided on the 30 day film challenge, but after reading the few versions I could find I realised there were days in both that I just wouldn’t be able to do. For example, it might be a bit ‘uncultured’ but to be honest, I barely even pay attention to who the Director of films are, so I certainly don’t have a favourite. So, the...

Day 30: your favourite book of all time
Of course this has to be P.S. I love you by Cecelia Ahern. I’ve allready made a couple of posts on this book so this was the obvious choice. I’m not sure whether this really is my favourite book or whether this is just the one that sticks in my mind so pops out whenever people ask. I have probably read this book more times than any of my other books. It was probably one of the first...

Still no word...
I know it’s only been a couple of days but I was really hoping I would hear something form them pretty quickly. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or a bad thing that I haven’t…… I’m sure the manager was supposed to be going on holiday so you’d think they’d have tried to let people know before that…. I just wanna know!

WOOHOO!
