Day 15: favourite male character
Although there a lot of interesting male characters in the books I have read. I think my favourite one would have to be John Tyree from the Nicholas Sparks book Dear John.
I love all Nicholas Sparks book anyway.
Being female I think it’s often difficult to relate to lead characters in books when they’re male. However this is one of the few characters who I can easily relate to.
I...
NomNomNom
Going to Caspian tonight for a meal with the boyfriend :)
Scampi and chips get in my belly!
Day 14: Favourite book of your favourite writer
I’m pretty sure I’ve already posted about this so all I’ll say is that my favourite book by Cecelia Ahern is P.S. I love you. I don’t know if this is because it was the first book I read by her or because of all the qualities which make it such a good book. Perhaps it’s a combination of the two. All I know is that I’m incredibly glad that I stumbled across this...
It's too early to be awake
But I must admit, there is something kinda pretty about the sun shining on a frosty morning. Would still prefer the sun to be shining on a red hot morning but oh well.
I’m hoping both my deliveries will come today. One for the boyfriend’s valentines present and one for his birthday present. I would say what they are but I don’t wanna take the chance of him reading this.
Day of...

Sub-blog annoyance
So I just discovered that this is my sub-blog, and you can only follow people using your primary blog. RAGE. Especially considering my primary blog is my blog that I’m saving for Florida so I won’t actually be posting anything on it until August! How annoying is that? Even more annoying that I can re-allocate my sub-blog to be my primary blog.

Day 13: your favourite writer
My favourite writer as I have mentioned before is Cecelia Ahern. If you haven’t read any of her books before I highly suggest you do so. This is the link to her website:http://www.cecelia-ahern.com/
Her books have a magical quality about them, there is always a different little twist which makes each book unique.
She writes about what she knows, she is from Ireland and so bases her books...
Weird dreams :(
Did not sleep at all well last night. Really weird dreams and waking up every few hours. And now I have a headache because of it. Stupid dreams.
Book Reviews
I love books. Fact.
I enjoyed telling you what I thought of that book.
So I think from now on I will give you a little review of each book I finish.
Why is Facebook so dull?
It bores me, yet I can’t bring myself to deactivate my account.
It’s kind of like an old top that you can’t bring yourself to throw out. You know you’ll never wear it again, but it holds some memories and there’s always that ‘just in case’ at the back of your mind.
Occasionally it entertains me, so for now I will continue to complain about it.
Accept my...
Day 12: A book you used to love but don't anymore
It’s took me a really long time to think of this, I haven’t posted for two days purely because I’ve been trying to think of a book that I used to love and now hate. I still haven’t come up with one because there are no books that I can honestly say I hate. All I can say is that there were a set of ‘teen fiction’ books which I used to love called The Mediator by...
Don't think I'm ever gonna get a job :(
I’m starting to feel unemployable. In years i’ll probably look back at this and cringe at how depressing i’m being but I can’t help it. I want a job!
Anyone who says people on JSA just sit at home sponging off society and don’t even want to work; read the above! ^^
P.S.
I paid another instalment of my Florida money yesterday! One third of the way there! WAHOOOO!
So apparently I'm awake before my mam...
This never happens….
I woke up, came downstairs, the curtains were still closed and the cat was running around me like he hadn’t seen anyone for days. It’s weird being the only one awake, I’m not used to it. It’s also so quiet that I can he next doors baby crying, it’s kinda eerie tbh.
On another, more normal note, I realise I haven’t posted for two...
Day 11: A book you hated
Well I’ve sat for the last few hours trying to think of one and if i’m completely honest there isn’t a single book i’ve read that I hated. I won’t pretend to have loved every book I’ve read but there’s always been something about each one that i’ve like or appreciated. So sorry, but this one will have to stay a blank for now.
Watching the NTA's
I love this show, although the one show I didn’t want to win is Celebrity Juice and it bloody did. Bloody hate Keith Lemon!
Smiley Face
Reeeeeally good day today :)
Went for dinner in the Bounty with Richard, we never finish our whole meal but the scampi is gorgeous :) we used to go almost every Tuesday but hadn’t been in ages so it was nice to pick up the tradition. I like that we have a tradition :)
I also got a couple of the discs for my mam re done so they should be perfect now :) she really loves them which is...
Day 10: favourite classic book
Ok so I will admit that I haven’t read many classics. I started trying to read Jane Eyre a couple of months ago and just couldn’t get through it. So I guess of the few I’ve read my favourite would have to be Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.
It’s one of the few classics I managed to finish AND enjoyed so it must be pretty good.
It has comedy, drama, romance and horror. Not...
Tumbleweed of a night
I have one sentence which will sum up my night. The most exciting part was when it all kicked off on Big Brother. Yes that’s right, that was the most enjoyment I had tonight.
Sad I know, but to be fair it was a pretty epic argument.
Other than that my night has consisted of watching old home videos, texting and eating crisps.
On the plus side I feel much better so no need for a trip...
Day 9: A book you thought you wouldn't like but...
I had a lot of trouble reading this one, but I guess it would have to be The Time Traveller’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. Don’t get me wrong I now love this book, it’s one of my favourites, but I was reluctant to give it a try.
There had been so much fuss made about the book, and everyone had rated it so highly that I thought it couldn’t possibly live up to expectations.
...
Loving the drama on Corrie
I normally refuse to put any kind of comments about Soaps, but the tension and the drama on Corrie tonight it brilliant. I love Becky!
Day 8: Most overrated book
I hate to admit this but in my opinion the most overrated book is A Walk to Remember by Nicholas Sparks, it just didn’t live up to the expectations everyone created by raving about it.
I don’t often say this but for me, the film was better than the book, I felt it was easier to connect to the characters in the film.
It took a bit too long to get into, I found it hard to understand...
Day 7: The most underrated book
After a lot of thought I’ve decided that in my opinion the most underrated book which I have read is One Day by David Nicholls. I only read this book recently but I loved it, despite the sad ending.
A lot of people either haven’t heard of the book or won’t bother reading it because they can see the film which came out recently.
People assume because he is not a widely known...
Sickness is persisting :(
So yeah I still feel like poop. I feel a little better but I’m not sure if that’s cz I am starting to get better or if it’s just cz I’m taking ibuprofen every four hours :/
Had a good few hours at the boyfriends though which cheered me up a little, just cuddled and watched a few more episodes of the office :) definitely better than the English one.
It’s my mams...

Day 6: A book that makes you sad
The book which makes me sad is a book not many people have heard off called Jessie in Love. It’s more of an older teen book so it’s a bit young for me now, but I still love to read it.
I think one of the reasons it was so sad is because the ending was such a surprise. It’s a typical girl meets boy book, but then the boy goes away to work for a year, and on the day he’s due...
Enterprise closed in 2012??
Oh. My. God.
As if Enterprise is closed this year!
Just to make it ‘easier to build’ another new ride? I know it might not be one of the most thrilling rides there but it was one of my favourites and one of the first ever rides I went on at Alton Towers. I was so looking forward to going on it again this year, even if it does give me a headache. Major Sad Face. I loved watching...
American Reunion →
I just discovered this and I am beyond excited! I’ve never watched any of the Beta House blablabla extra films because I just didn’t think the films would have the same effect without the original cast members so I beyond happy that they’re doing a reunion film! Can’t wait for it to be released…I just hope after all the hype and waiting so long that it isn’t a let down :/
Do not disappoint me...
Don't tell me what I can't do!
The wise words of Mr John Locke in Lost. The world might be a more positive place if people took notice of this….
So I still feel like crap
I barely slept last night, must have woke up about 5 times through night, and then I’ve been up since half 8 because I couldn’t get back to sleep :/ My head is pounding and my throat feels like it has a golf ball stuck in it. No idea what’s wrong with me but I wish it would feck off. So I’m just gonna lie on the sofa watching last and doping myself up on pain killers until...

Day 5: A book that makes you happy
I think it’s kind of hard to define a book that makes you happy as this could mean a lot of things; the book which has a happy ending? the book which makes you smile or laugh the most? or the book which leaves you feeling happy after you’ve finished it? Or a book which has fond memories? I will go for the third option, and the book which makes me the happiest would have to be Harry...
